You need to buy your first sewing book and read it and learn from it, as you keep working on different sewing projects you’ll need to learn more skills about sewing and then you’ll need to find another book to learn one more specific skill to keep working on your new hobby or on your sewing business.
Soon, before you noticed you’ll own a good sewing library and all the books will be good for you and you may find you rereading them more than once.
